Essential Pulp Board is an uncoated solid bleached board, perfect for general purpose print jobs. It is manufactured by the twin wire process which produces an identical, even printing surface on both sides and has superior bulk and rigidity along with excellent brightness and whiteness.

Essential Pulp Board complies with the Packaging (Essential Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 SI1492 for heavy metal content and EN71-3 for toy safety.

It conforms to ISO 9706 requirements for permanence and as such are suitable for archival use or applications requiring ‘acidfree’ paper. Made from 100% Elemental Chlorine Free woodpulps, sourced from carefully managed and renewed forests. It is fully recyclable and manufactured to precise and controlled standards.

Essential Pulp Board contains woodpulps from well managed forests certified in accordance with the rules of the Forest Stewardship Council. *Please note that the current Royal Mail technical requirements is for a minimum weight of 200gsm and 0.25mm thickness for postcards and reply paid items.
