Accordingly, our quality policy extends into product sourcing, purchasing, sales administration, credit control, warehousing, handling and distribution and involves every employee at every level. In order to realise this objective, we have implemented a quality management system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001-2000. Approval and registration to the standard both requires and demonstrates our confirmed commitment to providing quality products and services to our customers.
