Premier’s regionally-focussed branch network now totals 16 – all of which have dedicated local sales teams and hold significant stocks of all papers to service local requirements. The branch network is supported by a central distribution centre where over 12,000 tonnes of paper is held for next day delivery. The opening of the Washington branch headed by Branch Sales Manager Michael Banks, has also created new jobs in sales and distribution in order to service local business.

Each of Premier’s branches  benefit from the Group’s key partnerships with world class paper manufacturers and its commitment to massive national stock holdings of all papers – a further 20,000 tonnes are held throughout the Premier branch network – including the market’s widest selection of media for digital printing.

Group Marketing Director David Jones said, “We have a dedicated team that includes sales, warehousing and distribution staff servicing customers throughout the North East and Cumbria.  Our local stock holding policy enables us to offer reliable and flexible deliveries – many the same day – to meet our customers’ needs. Our policy to expand our branch network, when many of our competitors are retrenching to central locations, means that we have more paper closer to our customers and are able offer a local service with local stocks and local people; right across the UK.”
