Early in 2016 Graham Griffiths became Chairman of the Group, creating a vacancy for the position of Managing Director which will be filled by Dave Allen, previously CEO at Paperlinx, who joins on 1st June 2016. Graham will become Non-Executive Chairman by the year end. Also joining the Supervisory Board as Non-Executive Director is Malcolm Cook, previously a Senior Partner in Corporate Finance, at BDO in Birmingham.

Commenting on the developments, Graham Griffiths said “These changes, which are very much part of our succession and future planning process, have enabled us to build a strong and balanced senior team, with experience from both inside and outside of the paper and print industry. I am particularly delighted to welcome Dave Allen to the team who, as MD, will lead the next stage of Premier’s development.”
