Premier Paper, in 1997, was the first paper merchant to attain the environmental standard ISO 14001. We are also a keen supporter of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC) as well as being members of the Corporate Responsibility Group; a forum of top organisations that promotes good social and environmental practice in business.
The Premier Environmental Service offers help and guidance to companies on how to attain certification to FSC and PEFC.
There is a one-off fee, which represents extraordinary value for money and for that we prepare you for certification by assisting with the introduction of systems and documentation, as well as advice on handling certified materials. Most importantly, we also provide training for staff who have the responsibility for the management and handling of all certified materials.
